What if this reality really is constructed for my growth and healing?
What if my Higher Self chose all of these obstacles specifically for me?
If I believe that on any level- I must trust the process.

Each time my ego slams into me shouting that I can’t do it...
that’s a sign that my Higher Self is involved... and healing is nearby.

If my Higher Self trusts me to sort things out shouldn’t I trust that I am only given things that I can handle?

Yes.

Courage - the ability to be afraid and move through it.
