Confidence

Recently I’ve been faced with a few situations where I was not confident. I felt confused and scared. I sat with the emotions and let them come up and out and I realized that most of their hold on me was from the past.
I got to a place where I could see that the present tense trigger was here to help me release that which holds me back. Keeps me stuck.
When I came full circle I was still not feeling confident. But I had faith. Faith that the Universe and my Higher Self know what they’re doing. Faith that I’m given only that which I can handle. Faith in myself and the process.
I understood that when I trust that things will work out- to the external eye- that looks like confidence. So if you can’t be confident- just have faith and wear that well 🧡
